1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 98php ("the Platform," "we," "us") in relation to your access to and use of the 98php online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotions, and related services.

4 Deposits

These are the supported deposit channels — no other payment methods are accepted, and specifically, credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment channel. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. 98php does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment source must belong to the registered account holder.

Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction. 98php reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method registered to your account. To be eligible to withdraw, you must have:

• Completed KYC (identity verification) for your account.
• A verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
• Available withdrawable balance in your 98php account after any applicable wagering conditions have been met.

Each withdrawal requires OTP verification to your registered Philippine mobile number. This is a security step to protect your account — it confirms that you are the person authorising the transaction.

98php does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other names, or payment methods not registered to the account holder. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

General rules that apply to all bonuses at 98php:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility conditions of each specific offer.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering conditions.
